Responsibilities
Assist in identifying potential partners, sponsors, and advertisers aligned with K. Magazine’s mission.
Support outreach campaigns, including drafting pitch decks, proposals, and follow-ups.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the arts and culture sector.
Collaborate with the editorial and marketing teams to integrate business initiatives seamlessly.
Track and analyze partnership performance, providing actionable insights.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative growth strategies.

Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
A passion for arts, culture, and media is highly desirable.
