Responsibilities
Strategically acquire new clients, focusing on the Tech and Adtech sectors.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, demonstrating consistent growth in revenue per client and revenue from new clients.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the staffing, outsourcing, and consulting sectors.
Collaborate with leadership to create a sales roadmap, focusing on key growth markets and client segments.
Utilize industry connections and market knowledge to identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
Mentor, lead, and inspire a team of skilled sales professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
Provide training, coaching, and development plans to improve team performance and help team members reach their potential.
Conduct performance reviews, set individual and team targets, and ensure accountability.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, particularly within Media and Advertising.
Leverage insights to refine sales strategies, align with client needs, and position our services as solutions to industry-specific challenges.

Required
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on staffing, outsourcing, and consulting.
Knowledge within the Tech and Adtech industries is highly desirable.
Proven track record of revenue growth through client acquisition, and expansion of existing clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
