Responsibilities
Act as a primary deal closer for the company. Own revenue-generating sales functions including RFPs, audits, introduction calls, and deal closing. No ceiling on incentives.
Generate new opportunities through partnerships, outbound efforts, and events.
Work directly under senior leadership.
Build relationships and a book of business with top e-commerce companies globally.
Communicate and present the company's unique value propositions to secure advertising work and enhance marketing performance.
Manage the audit process with prospects, leveraging the internal team of marketing experts to create compelling buying reasons.
Report on sales projections, forecasts, and relevant sales metrics.
Monitor performance against team and individual goals, collaborating proactively with Sales Team Leadership for performance improvement.
Stay updated on news and trends impacting clients and relevant industries.

Required
A BA or equivalent is required.
At least 4 years of proven experience in Business Development management or as an Account Executive.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, phone, and in-person).
A strong understanding of e-commerce (a heavy emphasis), performance marketing, and creative advertising.
Experience with business growth techniques such as effective questioning, objection handling, competitive selling, and closing.
Proven success in managing a sales portfolio in business development, with strong client relationship and servicing skills, as well as solution-based selling skills.
A proactive, hands-on attitude; ready to hit the ground running.
Familiarity with Hubspot or other major CRM platforms.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues and to develop recommendations and action plans.
Stellar strategic planning and proposal presentation skills.
Critical thinking skills, adaptability, and strategic solution planning in fast-paced business environments.
A sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on company success.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and turn complex situations into well-functioning operations.
A team player.
