Responsibilities
Deliver monthly sales objectives in the Maryland, Virginia, South New Jersey, Eastern PA, and Delaware areas
Create demand at contractor/end-user level and guide resulting opportunities to channel partners.
Identify and quantify opportunities/plans to grow sales; generate & follow-up on customer leads.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to gain early adoption of new products.
Work with sales team and customers to establish and solidify working relationships that will lead to incremental sales.
Engage current users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities, and develop account intelligence.
Capable of understanding customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business to value.
Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently, while achieving sales goals.
Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables
Demonstrates initiative and brings new ideas to the company
Uses lean six sigma principles to define and shape Key Performance Indicators and performance measurement
Drive, Grit, Team Oriented: strong desire to compete and win

Required
6+ years’ experience in plumbing/building/construction sales.
Having connections at the plumbing contractor level in the Mid-Atlantic region is required as well as comfort with leading product demos.

Preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing or Engineering and/or comparable Technical School, training or field experience preferred.
