Responsibilities
Engage directly with key decision-makers such as senior directors, VPs, and C-level executives within target healthcare systems.
Generate interest with target accounts through strategic phone conversations, personalized email cadences, and effective social selling techniques.
Craft compelling outbound messaging to book qualified introductory meetings
Ability to make 40+ phone calls per day and track progress.
Support demand generation efforts by partnering on national and regional events.
Qualify inbound leads and conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect needs and pain points.
Collaborate with the marketing team on content and messaging strategy.
Provide feedback on lead quality and marketing campaigns to optimize lead generation strategies.
Schedule qualified first meetings with the sales team
Ensure smooth transition of sales-qualified leads and provide detailed prospect information.
Collaborate with the sales team for strategic outreach and target account prospecting.
Track and report on meeting quality and conversion rates
Conduct thorough account research to identify key decision-makers and influencers across target accounts.
Effectively execute territory plans and build strategies to maximize outreach.
Develop and maintain a detailed prospect information database for effective targeting.
Stay informed about industry trends through ongoing market research.

Required
2-3 years of successful experience in business development in healthcare B2B SaaS
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets for lead generation and meetings booked.
Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to quickly build rapport and establish relationships with prospects
Proficiency using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, or Definitive Healthcare for prospecting
Self-motivated with results-driven mindset and process-oriented mentality.
Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages resonating with diverse stakeholders
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Preferred
Experience selling disruptive, innovative technology
Experience working at a rapidly scaling startup
Familiarity with AI-driven healthcare solutions and their impact on patient care.
