Business Development Manager (Channel Sales)

Responsibilities
Responsible for generating new revenue from the sale of TouchTone voice and data services through channel partner/agent relationships.
Recruit, qualify, and support new channel partners/agents.
Maintain regular communication with partners to uncover opportunities, assist in creating, presenting, and closing sales.
Provide ongoing sales support and troubleshoot issues, collaborating with internal departments as needed.
Keep partners updated on product, process, and policy changes and provide feedback to sales and marketing teams.
Set business plans and revenue targets, stay informed on product details, and attend product development meetings.
Meets with the Vice President of Sales and Marketing as needed to review partner outreach, sales metrics, and strategic opportunities

Required
Expertise in channel sales, specifically in the telecom industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships
