Responsibilities

Achieve ambitious sales targets through strategic prospecting, relationship building, and solution-driven selling to large enterprise customers
Develop deep expertise in Agilis' platform, products, and value propositions for customers
Conduct compelling web demonstrations of Agilis' software for prospective clients
Analyze customer needs and software ecosystems to create tailored proposals for various stakeholders
Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to win complex enterprise deals
Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring customer success and satisfaction
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to relay customer feedback and stay updated on product developments
Monitor industry trends and maintain a strong understanding of competitors' offerings
Maintain disciplined CRM practices with accurate account plans and sales forecasts

Required

5+ years of proven enterprise software sales experience, ideally serving the chemical or industrial manufacturing sectors
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, chemical engineering, or a related field
Track record in selling complex software solutions with multi-phase implementations
Experience engaging with both business/commercial and IT stakeholders
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a consultative sales mindset
