Responsibilities
Identify Conducting ongoing market research to strengthen industry expertise. Keeping abreast of market changes and recognizing emerging trends.
Constantly explore and identify new opportunities for growth within the assigned market segments and group of prospects.
Proactively build working relationships with prospects’ and customers’ key decision makers (especially in engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing departments). Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements.
Demonstrate the benefits of the company’s product line to customers, ensuring the proper selection and application of product through on-site visits at customer locations.
Develop and implement account plans that define goals for revenue, sales volume and earnings for accounts and prospects.
Provide quotes and negotiate prices as well as terms and conditions with prospects and customers. Manage prices based on pricing agreements and evolving market conditions.
Serve as interface between the prospects / customers and both FUCHS and Nye stakeholders such as Product Management, R&D, Administration, Purchasing, Production, Customer Service, Logistics and Marketing. Based on that, represent prospects/customer interests towards FUCHS and vice versa.
Provide a consultative selling approach by determining prospect/customer requirements, business fit, and provide solutions to meet or exceed customer expectations. In doing so, work to obtain RFQs, purchase orders, and/or other commercial opportunities.
Global alignment with other FUCHS KAMs, BDMs, GKAMs, and HoGBSs that work with the same or similar key accounts to optimize relationship with customers, identify potential synergies, and additional opportunities.
Working collaboratively with the Sales Manager, Sales Director, Product Manager, and other key team members to establish priorities and achieve objectives.
Representing the company in industry events and trade shows and collaborating with Marketing and other internal stakeholders to prepare for such events.

Required
A bachelor’s degree, preferably in an Engineering or related discipline
5 years working experience in sales and key account management
Established network in the OEM industry required
Supplementary knowledge in finance, marketing, and management.
Must hold and maintain a valid passport.
Preferred
Preferably in lubricants and/or automotive industry
Preferably in position that focused on selling technical products/materials
