Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the region.
Understand client needs and provide tailored packaging solutions to meet their requirements.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular communication and exceptional service.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base in the region.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their packaging needs.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Generate leads, set up meetings, and present packaging solutions to potential clients.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives for the region.
Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Required
3+ years of experience in packaging sales
Proven track record of achieving sales targets, preferably in the packaging industry
Strong understanding of rigid packaging solutions
Willingness to travel within the region (40%+)
