Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth in IT staffing.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure client needs are met.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the IT staffing industry.

Required
Min 8+ years experience in business development, particularly within the IT consulting and staffing industry.

Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred
MBA is a plus.
