Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic plans to generate leads and expand our client base in the US Staffing industry.
Identify and qualify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and hiring managers within target organizations.
Collaborate with our recruiting team to understand client requirements and deliver staffing solutions that meet client needs.
Negotiate contracts and terms of agreement with clients to ensure profitable growth.
Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to effectively position Evurge Solutions' services.

Required

Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the US Staffing industry.
Strong understanding of staffing processes, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates.
Track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue through new client acquisition.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
