Responsibilities

Close and repeat high-value business at conferences
Maximizing revenue through sponsorship sales
Developing relationships with decision-makers to create new opportunities and build accounts
Identifying and securing new customers with major account potential
Achieving and exceeding KPIs and monthly sales targets
Managing a sales pipeline document for reporting purposes
Forecasting business accurately on a weekly and monthly basis
Gathering product and company feedback from clients and prospects

Required

A solid and proven background in (ideally conference) sales, minimum 3-5 years
Proven track record of winning new business and successfully managing the accounts of existing clients
Able to sell on concept and provide a consultative sales approach with an excellent telephone manner
Integrity is key; our products are market-leading, and you should be too
Smart, ambitious, committed and actively focused on self-improvement
Enjoy being challenged and engaged in a KPI driven environment where a good percentage of your total earnings are performance-based
A genuine interest in and desire to contribute to the world’s evolving energy future, in which, we believe renewables and clean energy have a vital and rapidly growing role
Able to travel globally to events and pitch in person existing and new business opportunities
Identify new product or event ideas to senior management
