Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for the region, including new account acquisition, partnership opportunities, and market expansion initiatives.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts, retailers, and distributors, aligning their goals with Bajío’s mission and driving mutual growth opportunities.
Analyze market trends, identify emerging opportunities, and assess competitive activity to recommend strategies that capitalize on market shifts.
Collaborate with existing accounts to identify opportunities for deeper engagement, increased product placement, and improved brand representation.
Work closely with the sales team to align regional strategies, provide support, and share insights that help drive individual and collective success.
Partner with marketing teams to design and execute localized campaigns, events, and promotions that resonate with target audiences and foster brand loyalty.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including account growth, revenue trends, and market share increases, delivering actionable insights to the Vice President of Sales.
Identify and implement creative solutions to overcome challenges and capitalize on opportunities that drive the region's business objectives forward.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in sales and territory development, with at least 5 years of collaborative leadership experience.
Strong understanding of the Mid-Atlantic Region market dynamics and customer preferences.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
U.S. citizenship or valid work authorization.
