Responsibilities
Arranging and attending client meetings in order to develop business opportunities.
Cold calling new and lapsed clients in order to win business.
Work closely with the bids and tenders team as and when PSL agreements are coming up for renewal.
Attending industry networking events.
Working to and achieving budgeted sales targets.
Representing the corporation in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Plan and organise weekly/monthly itinerary.
May need to travel to attend business meetings from time to time.

Required
Experience of working in a niche staffing sector such as engineering, manufacturing, automotive, life sciences or pharmaceutical.
A thorough understanding of contract/temporary recruitment.
Able to demonstrate sales and business development success within the staffing environment.
An understanding of how to win large scale project based recruitment projects.
Excellent written skills with a strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to communicate with audiences at a senior stakeholder level.
A team player who is self-motivated and driven.
