Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting : Identify and qualify potential clients in target markets, leveraging a mix of inbound and outbound strategies.

Sales Pipeline Management : Own the sales cycle from prospecting to close, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate forecasting.
Market Analysis : Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine business strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
Proposal Development : Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements, highlighting Bizcoder’s unique value propositions.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with technical teams, project managers, and marketing to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Revenue Goals : Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by securing new business and expanding existing accounts.
Networking : Represent Bizcoder at industry events, webinars, and virtual conferences to expand the company’s presence and generate leads.

Required

Minimum 3–5 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in software development or IT services.
Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of software development, outsourcing models, and related technologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for pipeline management and reporting.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Preferred

Existing network of contacts in industries requiring outsourced software development.
Experience in negotiating complex contracts.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Familiarity with SaaS, cloud solutions, or emerging tech trends.
