Responsibilities

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to close profitable retainer deals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
Prepare and present proposals to potential clients, showcasing our services and value proposition.
Lead project management efforts for new initiatives, ensuring timely execution and delivery of services.
Develop strategic planning initiatives that align with the company's long-term vision.

Required
Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably in B2B, Software, or a media sales role.
Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and experience using CRM software like GoHighLevel.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close business and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans that drive business growth.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.
