Responsibilities
Drive profitable revenue growth within the US west coast territory.
Cultivate and expand relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term success.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, securing design wins with new customers and new platforms.
Contribute to the development and execution of the division’s strategic commercial market plan.
Explore and capitalize on opportunities for long-term business growth in emerging areas.
Manage and grow the opportunity funnel to ensure a robust pipeline of prospects.
Act as a primary point of contact for major customers, delivering strategic presentations and fostering collaboration.
Coordinate with internal teams including Engineering, Operations, and Product Management to ensure successful execution on new opportunities.
Plan and manage customer visits to strengthen relationships and gather market insights.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent laser/photonics experience.
Minimum of 10 years of sales experience within the industry.
Proven track record of expanding market share and securing design wins.
Strong understanding of photonic device applications in lasers and related technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently.
Preferred
Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce or MS Dynamics) preferred.
Familiarity with U.S. Export Control Laws and regulations is advantageous.
