Responsibilities
Engage with new clients and existing clients at multiple levels to gain an understanding of clients’ objectives driving their business.
Leading proposal preparations in response to both sole source opportunities as well as responses to RFPs and RFIs.
Evaluate and analyze business and sales operations (including forecasting).
Demonstrate how clients can utilize software integration solutions to create more efficiency.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients to drive additional sales of software and services integration solutions.
Maintain relationships with clients to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Develop strategic plans with existing clients to identify opportunities with our professional consulting services and software solutions and ensure plans are aligned with sales and services.
Identify sales synergies between Qualus business groups for account expansion.
Support the development of proactive sales campaigns for business growth.
Act as engagement manager for utility accounts sold.

Required
7-10 years of overall experience with a minimum of 4 recent years of business development experience in the utility industry.
Experience with utility industry system operations including technologies such as ADMS, Distribution Automation, AMI, OMS, EMS, DERMS and Mobile.
Experience with professional or solution-based selling.
Experience developing sales plans and successfully executing them.
Experience managing client relationships at various levels within the utility industry.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Project management and organizational skills.
US citizen or permanent resident.
Bachelor's degree.
Travel required.
