Responsibilities
Identifying, connecting, and creating interest with key industry influencers and new customers for Holland Colours propositions.
Delivering strong new business growth as laid down in the Mid Term Business Plan.
Capturing sales opportunities into sales funnel and ensuring follow through leading new business realization.
Leading the execution of the Market Activation Plans.
Leading market research to identify potential opportunities for business growth.
Providing input and actively participating in the development of segment plans and the Market Activation Plan.
Identifying unmet needs in the market to create new value propositions and steer new product development.
Overseeing market introduction of new products.
Leading and supporting the creation and execution of customer tests.
Leading negotiations with potential clients to establish mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
Generating new business leads through various channels, including networking events, industry conferences, and online platforms.
Developing and implementing effective prospecting strategies to expand the customer base.
Influencing key decision-makers including brand owners and creating pull through demand of products.
Implementing price strategy per customer group.
Facilitating effective handover of established customers to Sales.
Providing valuable market insights to inform product/service enhancements.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree (preferably technical, alternatively business)
Minimum 7 years’ experience in a relevant position
Established industry network (Coatings- Coated Fabrics- Packaging)
Proven track record in B2B sales (preferably in Specialty Chemicals)
Strong business acumen
Sales Hunter personality profile
