Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve booking targets and market share growth.
Gather market intelligence to drive improvements in sales, marketing, and product development.
Identify and quantify potential customer solutions, including new market opportunities and product expansions.
Conduct routine customer visits to identify new opportunities and understand client needs.
Deliver technical presentations and represent the company at industry trade events.
Build strong customer relationships and position the company as a preferred vendor for high-value projects.
Work closely with sales and application engineering teams to drive growth and ensure successful project execution.
Negotiate commercial contracts and manage opportunity pipelines effectively.

Required
Minimum 5 years in sales or business development within the Critical Service Oil & Gas industry.
Must have experience working with Engineered Valve technologies, including control, isolation quarter-turn applications or similar.
Strong knowledge of sales fundamentals, key account management, and project-based sales.
Proficiency in data analytics and strategic planning.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
