Responsibilities

Act as a key ambassador for the company, representing the brand to clients, partners, and industry stakeholders, ensuring a consistent and professional presence in all interactions
Responsible for growth and development of assigned market segments, working to meet specific revenue and new business acquisition goals.
Execute business development strategies defined in collaboration with the National Director of Business Development, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives.
Identify and qualify new opportunities for growth within assigned markets, leveraging competitive analysis and industry insights to inform strategic decisions.
Implement and manage national initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness. This includes coordinating marketing efforts, public relations, social media, and other strategies to enhance visibility and capture a larger market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers within assigned markets.
Ensure client satisfaction through proactive relationship management, acting as a key point of contact for high-profile accounts and fostering long-term partnerships.
Maintain close relations with Imprint colleagues for updates on destination highlights for client knowledge
Be accountable for meeting revenue and acquisition targets for assigned markets, ensuring progress is tracked and regularly reported to the National Business Development Director.
Monitor the sales pipeline to ensure the health and efficiency of the lead generation process, conversion rates, and progress toward business acquisition goals.
Work closely with cross-departmental teams, including Account Management, Creative Services, Technical Production, and Event Production to ensure seamless project execution and client onboarding.
Foster collaboration with the Accounts team to ensure successful client placement to ensure best team is integrated from the start.
Assist and participate in site inspections, industry events, hotel partnerships and FAMS as related to account growth.
Oversee the client onboarding process within assigned markets, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to client.
Continuously seek feedback and collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes, improving both client satisfaction and internal efficiency.
Proficient in CRM tracking and reporting to analyze key performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and client acquisition costs, providing regular updates to the Business Development Director.

Required

At least 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in a related hospitality industry.
Strong ability to manage relationships with high-profile clients and partners.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience working within a CRM program.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a focus on results.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to track and report on performance metrics.
Demonstrated success in building and leveraging a professional network to achieve business goals.
Must be willing to travel.

Preferred

Industry certification preferred.
Active in professional associations related to business development or specific industry.
Experience in managing or overseeing client onboarding processes is a plus.
