Responsibilities

Conduct quarterly business reviews both internally and externally.
Track monthly performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Identify and develop opportunities for all LiteOn business units.
Analyze customers' needs and collaborate with management to develop effective strategies.
Build strong customer relationships, influencing product roadmaps and decision-making processes.
Foster a customer-centric mindset, focusing on long-term partnerships.
Represent LiteOn at relevant committees, trade shows, and exhibitions.

Required

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in engineering.
5-10 years of direct sales experience in relevant markets or with specific customers, preferably in technology.
3-5 years of experience in optoelectronics or related technical fields.
Proven expertise in price and contract negotiations, demonstrating a collaborative and strategic communication style with strong visibility.
Ambitious, analytical, and results-driven mindset, with a synergistic team approach and a strong desire to succeed.
Hands-on player/coach contributor with high integrity and a demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Ability to work to tight schedules and demonstrate initiative, while articulating ideas clearly to peers and senior management.
Customer service-focused with a commitment to excellence, willing to travel regionally and internationally.
Proficient in high-quality networking and interpersonal skills, with experience in strategic sales processes and design-win strategies emphasizing time-to-revenue optimization.
Essential experience in sales, business development, and marketing, with a healthy competitive drive, attention to detail, and creativity.
Skilled in managing key strategic partnerships and relationships, strong project management abilities, and a high level of analytical aptitude.
Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining industrial automation and automotive customer relationships.
