Responsibilities
Identify and develop business opportunities for EV Charging Management Systems, particularly in the fleet management and logistics sectors.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and prospective clients, including logistics centers, corporate fleets, and government entities.
Create and execute comprehensive, actionable business development strategies with defined milestones and timelines to penetrate the U.S. market, focusing on large-scale fleet operators and logistics hubs.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to align product offerings with market demand.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiations and closing, ensuring timely and successful deal closures.
Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets, leveraging a consultative sales approach to position EV Charging Management Systems as a critical solution for fleet and logistics operations.
Collaborate with the internal product, marketing, and technical teams to tailor solutions that meet the specific requirements of potential clients.
Develop and execute detailed sales plans with measurable objectives, including targets for each quarter.
Develop and deliver high-quality presentations and proposals to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Identify and secure partnerships with relevant stakeholders for field testing of EV Charging Management Systems, ensuring the technology is validated in real-world applications.
Work closely with fleet operators and logistics centers to facilitate pilot programs and field testing, ensuring operational and technological alignment with their needs.
Manage relationships with testing partners, creating detailed schedules for field tests and establishing KPIs for evaluating results, ensuring that product testing delivers actionable insights for future improvements and product positioning.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring long-term engagement and repeat business.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales and implementation process.
Negotiate and finalize agreements, ensuring contracts are structured in a manner that benefits both the company and the client.
Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure smooth post-sale implementation and ongoing satisfaction.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline development, and market feedback to senior leadership.
Track key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure progress toward business and sales goals.
Use data and market insights to refine strategies and adapt to changing market conditions.
Develop and implement performance dashboards to track progress against sales and business development plan.

Required
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the electric vehicle (EV) industry, fleet management, logistics, or energy sectors.
Strong understanding of EV infrastructure, fleet management, and logistics operations, with a proven ability to translate this knowledge into effective business strategies.
Demonstrated success in working within the U.S. market, including building relationships with large corporations, logistics centers, fleet operators, and government agencies.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with experience in managing complex sales cycles and negotiations.
Ability to work with technical teams and communicate complex solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in managing field tests, pilots, or partnerships in a real-world environment.
Ability to develop and execute market strategies that align with business goals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing key decision-makers.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships and navigate complex sales environments.
Adept at identifying and resolving challenges during the sales process or field testing.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver on key objectives.
Preferred
MBA or relevant advanced degree.
Experience with SaaS platforms or technology-driven solutions in the EV or fleet management space.
Strong network within the U.S. logistics and fleet management industries.
Familiarity with regulatory and environmental policies affecting the EV and fleet management sectors.
