Business Development Manager

Responsibilities
Identifying emerging technology accounts / prospects and develop them into clients
Promoting ERP’s capabilities to the Chicago community including attending networking events, interest groups, company conferences and talks, etc.
Communicating business development progress and pipeline in weekly meetings
Driving business development efforts in the RFP process for prospective companies
Acting as point person for all business development related questions and contract negotiations with clients including negotiating and executing Service Agreements
Conducting research on accounts and prospects to identify potential staffing needs

Required
3 to 5 years proven account management or selling recruiting / staffing services to small, medium, and large corporations within the ERP space
Demonstrates leadership and communication skills
Proven success as a recruiter – we want our sales people to understand and relate to the challenges that exist in recruiting talent
Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit- willingness to work towards the growth of the firm even when the duty stretches outside your job description
Preferred
4 year degree in business related field preferred
Understanding of the marketing functions a plus
