Responsibilities
Craft highly tailored, relevant emails and messages to engage leads who have interacted with automated campaigns.
Proactively conduct personalised LinkedIn outreach and phone calls, demonstrating a genuine willingness to understand each lead’s specific challenges and pain-points.
Build authentic relationships with prospects, creating a foundation of trust that leads to meaningful client relationships.
Participate in data-driven multi-touchpoint campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and targeted ads to attract and engage potential clients.
Identify and prioritise leads showing engagement, qualifying them based on fit and potential, and preparing them for handover to the account team.
Partner with the account team to ensure a smooth and seamless transition of qualified leads, providing context and insights to support successful client conversion.
Leverage business intelligence tools and data enrichment platforms to identify and engage with new opportunities.
Maintain an organised and up-to-date pipeline in Zoho CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and meaningful reporting on activity and results.
Regularly analyse campaign performance and engagement metrics to refine your strategies and increase conversion rates.
Bring creative ideas and insights to improve our outreach efforts and align with evolving market needs.

Required
Previous experience of working with talents in AR, VR, CG, Animation, VFX and 3D Environment Art and selling solutions in these domains is highly regarded.
You’ll be the vital point of contact for potential clients, responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads through a combination of automated campaigns and personalised engagement.
This role requires a blend of analytical expertise and human touch—transforming initial interest into meaningful conversations and moving prospects further along the funnel toward becoming valued clients.

Working in design, advertising and marketing with exposure to CG, Digital Twins, VFX, Augmented and Virtual Reality are all highly advantageous.
