Responsibilities

Develop and retain world-class front line business development reps that live and drive our values and culture each day.
Manage a team of individual contributors focused on converting both inbound and outbound leads.
Execute a best in class engagement strategy.
Create and execute strategic campaigns that are customized based on vertical/industry and persona.
Work closely with other Sales Directors, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and the Executive team to maximize the impact of marketing efforts and other lead driving channels.
Achieve/exceed monthly and annual meetings goals that support our revenue goals.
Ensure that business development reps are advancing their product and sales skills that support their career growth and daily effectiveness.
Assess potential new markets, personas and strategies.
Track and assess development activities by individual and team and report results to management.

Required

2+ years of experience managing a sales team (AEs or BDRs)
Experience working in or with Revenue Operations, Marketing and/or Sales team
Proven record of results - hitting/exceeding sales goals
Proven history of developing and executing creative business development campaigns
General knowledge of e-commerce marketing, sales, recruiting, and assessing result
Experience leveraging sales tools such as, Salesforce, Salesloft, LeadIQ, Linkedin, Zoominfo, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Google Apps suite.
Experience with outbound prospecting techniques and tools.
