Responsibilities

Identify, target, and close deals with low- and medium-risk merchants across key verticals such as retail, e-commerce, and fintech.
Build and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve company goals.
Present and sell payment solutions, including Alipay, WeChat Pay, BNPL, and other innovative payment technologies.
Understand merchants’ unique needs and position Pockyt.io’s solutions to address their business challenges.
Manage sales opportunities and maintain accurate data in HubSpot, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams.
Ensure a high level of activity, including prospecting, follow-ups, and relationship management.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to deliver a seamless merchant experience.
Contribute to company growth by providing market insights and feedback to refine sales processes and offerings.

Required

5+ years of sales experience, ideally within the payments industry or a similar technology-driven space.
Demonstrated success selling to low- and medium-risk merchants in sectors like retail, e-commerce, or financial services.
Experience in a startup environment, showing the ability to adapt quickly and take ownership of initiatives.
Strong experience using HubSpot CRM or similar tools to manage deals and drive efficiencies.
Familiarity with payment technologies, including digital wallets and BNPL solutions (experience with payouts is a plus).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships.
Highly self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and seize new business opportunities.
