Responsibilities

Manage inbound leads and inquiries, responding promptly and effectively to customer queries and requests.
Develop and implement outbound sales campaigns to generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Build and nurture relationships with prospects and clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
Effectively articulate value-based propositions through presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and support in achieving sales goals.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics, reporting on key indicators and identifying areas for improvement.
Provide regular updates and forecasts to management, demonstrating accountability and transparency in sales activities.
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, leveraging insights to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Identify opportunities for upsell / cross-sell to grow the overall footprint of the organization.

Required

Proven track record of success in SaaS sales, with several years of experience in a BDM or Account Manager role.
Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and technologies, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive and results-driven approach to sales.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
Experience with CRM systems and sales productivity tools (eg Pipedrive, Monday and Slack).
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field would be advantageous.
