Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Identify target accounts, build rapport with key contacts, qualify opportunities, and secure profitable engagements with new clients. Engage in focused networking, proactive outreach, and relationship-building.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, referral partners, and strategic stakeholders. Assist senior managers in strengthening and expanding relationships with current and past clients.
Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a predictable pipeline of qualified leads using Monday CRM and other tools. Provide regular updates and report sales metrics to leadership. Refine and improve our sales management process, tools, and key metrics.
Proposal Development: Collaborate with senior managers and subject matter experts to craft compelling proposals. Respond to questions and objections, and make effective presentations tailored to each prospect’s needs.
Negotiation: Work with executive leadership and legal counsel to negotiate agreements with clients and secure new business engagements.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs. Develop effective sales growth strategies that align with the company’s strategic goals.
Brand Promotion: Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events. Participate in key organizations like SMPS to increase company visibility and credibility. Promote the company’s reputation, core values, and value proposition.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within professional services (legal, accounting, engineering, etc.)
Proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients and achieving aggressive sales targets
Preferred
Proficiency in using systems, including Monday CRM software and Microsoft Office 365 Suite
Strong understanding of real estate project management services and industry trends
