Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities within existing and new accounts
Work with client’s cross functional teams that include mechanical, electrical, and marketing for product development features that include power cords, harnessing, over molding, injection molding, and electromechanical solutions
Work with our global manufacturing teams to create customer solutions within budgets and timelines
Present proposals, solutions, updates and business ready opportunities to client groups
Work closely with team members to provide reports, budgets, negotiate contracts and agreements, problem solve and support management as needed

Required
5-7 years of enterprise selling and sales experience, account management, design wins with long sales cycles
North America travel required, must located near major airport
Must have working knowledge of the Microsoft platform (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Internet) as well as video conferencing platforms.
Must have a minimum of 4-7 years selling experience primarily in Industrial, HVAC and/or White Good markets dealing with custom and new product design solutions (no exceptions)
Must have valid Passport or ability to secure it asap
Experience in long selling cycles to multiple decision makers (at different levels) well as problem-solving challenges that come with this position
Sales, sales process, selling cycle, enterprise selling (pros, cons and pitfalls)
Engineering design methodology, design cycle and design gates
Effective negotiator and how to close sales
Effective communication skills (phone, face-to-face & virtual technology)
Must demonstrate organizational and presentation skills
Must be willing to work outside normal working hours
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
Provide sales and customer reports
Preferred
Spanish & (or) Chinese is a plus, but not required
Engineering degree preferred but not required
Business development: 5 years (Preferred)
Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Willingness to travel: 50% (Preferred)
