Responsibilities
Close contract deals with clients to meet revenue targets.
Initiate client outreach through strategic cold calling, email correspondence, and on-site visits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client staffing needs.
Monitor industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.

Required
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in staffing and recruiting, preferably within Light Industrial, Skilled Trade, or Healthcare Staffing.
Demonstrated success in closing deals and achieving sales targets.
Strong understanding of staffing industry dynamics and challenges.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
