Responsibilities
Manage Prospecting list in an organized and systematic fashion. Utilize various tools for uncovering key POC’s.
Develop business through a combination of methods that may include all or in part: Research, lead generation, prospecting, networking, and in-person/virtual meetings.
Ensure the creation and maintenance of business plans utilizing CRM (Bullhorn), with targeted new accounts and completely mapped territories and calendars.
Ensure completion of all required sales reports and detailed documentation, including timely entry of data into CRM (Bullhorn).
Ensure attendance at all NMSDC, WBENC and Corp Plus events and work with Marketing for outreach on LI in advance.
Attend NMSDC diversity events to gain new leads which turn into new logo’s/clients. Work with internal teams to ensure we’re registered on all supplier diversity portals.
Generate viable job orders from new business uncovered.
Primary goal is to open new business via Diversity Leaders, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement. Help to expand current Strategic Accounts portfolio.
Generate leads through prospecting and cold calling, both in-person, phone, email, LinkedIn posts.
Partner with recruiting to schedule Client spotlight calls to review job descriptions and understand company requirements and cultures so that an accurate match can be made.
Maintain active participation and membership in networking and niche IT organizations.
Meet all minimum requirements for weekly appointment activity and revenue growth.
Meet with recruiting/delivery to communicate all business/sales opportunities (M-W-F Strategic calls).

Required
Extensive sales experience opening and supporting Fortune 500 Enterprise clients
7+ years’ experience generating new business/major accounts via DE&I strategy, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing
Excellent customer service skills, detail oriented, self-motivated team player
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree is preferred
Recruiting and Technical background highly preferred
Experience with Bullhorn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn preferred
