Responsibilities
Identify new market opportunities for solid blood products in local and international markets.
Analyze the market, competitors and trends to propose expansion strategies.
Develop and execute business plans that drive the company's growth and positioning.
Identify and evaluate potential licenses, collaborations and partnerships with pharmaceutical or biotechnology companies.
Lead the negotiations of licensing contracts and commercial agreements with external partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, distributors, suppliers and key customers.
Represent the company at conferences, trade shows and customer meetings to promote products and explore business alliances.
Prepare regular progress reports on business development and licensing strategies.
Provide financial and business analysis of proposed deals to support management decision making.

Required
University degree in life sciences, biotechnology, chemistry, pharmacy or related areas.
Demonstrated experience of at least 5 years in business development or licensing management within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or plasma and solid blood products sector.
In-depth knowledge of blood product markets and associated regulations.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a results-oriented approach.
Availability to travel.
Preferred
A master's degree or MBA will be an advantage.
