Responsibilities
You’ll research the market using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn and other available resources to identify potential clients.
You’ll initiate engagement with potential clients through cold-calling, email, LinkedIn and responding to inbound leads.
You’ll build relationships with clients by educating them on their travel risk profile, help identify their needs and qualify them to drive sales.
You’ll present service capability to clients in context of what they need.
You’ll progress solid leads through the sales funnel and arrange sales meetings by LinkedIn, emails, and phone calls.
You’ll follow through with potential clients that expressed interest in the past.
You’ll represent WTP at various industry events (GSX, GBTA, RIMS).
You’ll drive the expansion of the sales pipeline for new business for TRM solutions and consulting services.
You'll manage the sales cycle process to identify, drive, negotiate, and close opportunities.
You'll ensure all reports are completed and submitted on time, including timely and accurate reporting of all major opportunities and issues arising from clients.
You'll develop and maintain a sales pipeline for new business and extension opportunities for Travel Risk Management and consulting services.
You'll attend relevant client or industry events and/or present when required.

Required
You’ll utilize a consultative selling approach
You’ll have demonstrated experience in tech sales, consulting, or medical sales
You’ll ideally have a network in corporate HSE, Travel, Security and Risk industry
You’ll demonstrate fluency in English; advantageous if proficient in a second language
You’ll embody a hunter mentality with strong drive and balanced with compassion
You’ll have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
You’ll approach tasks with a hands-on approach, comfortable working autonomously or within a team
You’ll demonstrate strong networking skills, both externally and internally
You’ll be comfortable attending networking events and conferences
You’ll need strong Sales experience, or business qualifications (Bachelor's or Master's)
You’ll show ability to collaborate within a diverse organization
