Responsibilities
Expand IT sales revenue for Edgesys.
Achieve marketing and sales operational objectives and sales targets by presenting marketing and sales information to prospective clients and customers.
Achieve company desired bottom line for Sales; Responsible for developing and expanding marketplace through in-depth sales and marketing.
Work with presales and competency units to realize sales opportunities; Accurately forecast expected business sales.
Seek out and establish new client business relationship through personal books, contacts, networking, social media, cold calling and references in IT consulting services.
Build, manage and penetrate accounts to promote new business development activities.
Well versed with the US services processes and staffing models based out of India for the US Market.
Schedule, report and forecast sales activities through various corporate tools.
Achieve monthly / quarterly and annual sales goals and aim to excel.

Required
Min 5+ years of proven US sales experience required.
Focused on targets and drive to exceed targets
Team Player
Self-Motivated to excel and exceed corporate set goals and personal goals.
Exceed quotas, sales above goals and has a strong work ethic to pursue opportunities to close.
Should have a history of selling into both SMB and Enterprise level accounts in various vertical markets such as insurance, Finance, Retail, technology, Healthcare etc.
Will be a 'hunter' driving new accounts. Can develop 30-60-90 activities and drive pipelines to initial sales and repeat business.
Well-connected and networked in the US IT consulting arena.
Proven experience in establishing and maintaining connections with the most senior levels of a client organization.
Experience in dealing with client executives as peers and being perceived as such; Excellent Communication skills.
Excellent listening, speaking, writing and presentation skills are required; Ability to craft and deliver solutions.
Comfortable with plans, finances, contracts, and negotiations; Excellent interpersonal skills.
Well versed with the US services processes and staffing models based out of India for the US Market.
