Responsibilities
Drive new business by developing relationships with COIs and highly motivated prospects, focusing on long-term, profitable opportunities.
Ensure compliance with Associated Banc-Corp credit policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines for all prospects.
Collaborate with internal partners to cross-sell a full range of bank products and services to both existing and prospective clients.
Analyze financial information and coordinate due diligence, legal documentation, and the loan closing process.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities and networking relationships in SalesForce.

Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business, Finance, Accounting or other applicable disciplines.
8-10 years Asset Based Lending or business-to-business sales and business development skills.
Knowledge of non-borrowing products, past track record of sales and client management success.
Must have access to reliable transportation and the ability to lawfully drive self, if applicable, by start date.
Preferred
10-12 years Asset Based Lending or business-to-business sales and business development skills.
