Responsibilities

Lead and evolve partner onboarding, integration, and offboarding processes

Manage individual contracts, ensuring smooth review and resolution with internal teams

Collaborate with legal, compliance, and accounting to address vendor compliance and audit requests

Develop and enhance business development templates and tools as needed

Support forecasting, resource planning, and timeline management for BD initiatives

Define and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Build strong internal relationships to prioritize and execute key initiatives

Tackle complexity and ambiguity with innovative, friction-reducing solutions

Required

2+ years of experience in business development, operations, or project management

Strong analytic and project management skills with a history of driving cross-functional programs

Resourceful and eager to learn with a curiosity to become an expert in your field

Proficient in productivity tools such as Jira, Confluence, Looker/Tableau, and MS Office

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Organized: Excellent at time management, balancing multiple priorities, and staying structured
