Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential customers within projectcentric industries, driving sales and revenue growth.

Build a comprehensive pipeline of prospects, leveraging industry knowledge and Oracle Cloud ERP capabilities.

Develop goto-market strategies and campaigns targeting project-focused organizations.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create targeted proposals and presentations.

Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements from clients in projectbased sectors.

Work closely with technical teams to design solutions that align Oracle Cloud ERP capabilities with specific client needs in projectcentric industries.

Assist in the development and delivery of high level functional and technical specifications for new implementations, customizations, and integrations.

Maintain upto-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and Oracle Cloud ERP developments.

Provide insights and recommendations to clients on optimizing ERP solutions for project management, cost control, and resource allocation.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars, contributing to thought leadership efforts.

Track and report on business development and project success metrics, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Prepare and present regular performance and pipeline reports to senior leadership.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus.

Proven experience in business development or business analysis, ideally within project-centric industries (construction, engineering, manufacturing, etc.).

Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP, particularly in modules related to project management, financials, and supply chain.

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to analyze complex requirements and develop practical, client-focused solutions.

Proficiency in Oracle Cloud ERP and relevant project management tools is highly desirable.

Preferred

Familiarity with Oracle Primavera or similar project portfolio management solutions.

Strong analytical skills, with experience in creating functional and technical documentation.

A collaborative team player who can work across various departments and with different stakeholders.
