Responsibilities
Collaborate with me, the agency's owner and creative director, as a co-founder to shape the agency's business development strategy and vision.
Lead the charge in identifying and targeting potential clients and industries that align with our agency's services, including market research, branding, design, and cut and sew manufacturing.
Build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients through various channels such as networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and other sales techniques.
Drive the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, including preparing proposals, conducting presentations, and negotiating contracts.
Work closely with our creative team to understand our agency's capabilities in cut and sew manufacturing and tailor solutions to meet clients' needs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market insights, and competitive intelligence to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue projections to the agency's management team.

Required
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the creative or marketing industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred
Knowledge of market research, branding, design, and cut and sew manufacturing concepts is a plus.
