Responsibilities

Developing partnerships, managing accounts, and fostering strategic partnerships to support the growth and success of independent music artists, music talent professionals, and labels.
Identifying and establishing key partnerships with music labels, producers, DJs, music supervisors, festivals, concert/showcase promoters, other industry professionals, and potential sponsors.
Securing affiliate marketing deals.
Reaching out to brands, artists, and music professionals for partnerships, licensing deals, or sponsorships.
Initiating contact, following-up, and locking in an interest in our new music platform and establishing a partnership by obtaining first a letter of intent (LOI) and then a contract after development is complete and partners are able to sign-in to the platform and create their accounts.
Constant follow-ups, meetings, account management, and business development to ensure steady orders from clients within the platform and establishing new partnerships who will offer opportunities to the clients within the platform.

Required

Analytical Skills and Communication
Experience in Partnerships and Account Management
Ability to develop Strategic Partnerships
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Understanding of the music industry and independent music landscape
Proven track record of driving business development and partnership growth
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Detail orientation and self-organization will be needed to be fully successful.
