Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Ready Computing products and services
Understand competitive offerings and position Ready Computing products and services accordingly.
Remain current on selling best practices, and industry needs through self-education and formal training.
Develop and expand the portfolio of the company’s clients in the healthcare interoperability market space.
Prospect, nurture, and close new opportunities for services and products using a measurable, goal-oriented process.
Establish a regular cadence of follow-up with prospects and potential customers, utilizing multiple methods of engagement and contact.
Thoroughly understand client needs and present appropriate solutions to meet those needs.
Work collaboratively with sales engineers, proposal managers, marketing specialists, and others in the sales organization to present well-groomed and targeted customer offerings.
Collaborate with Product Management to communicate new product feature opportunities based on discussions with prospects and clearly understand Product roadmaps
Negotiate financial terms of client agreements, subject to management approval.
Maintain and manage data pertaining to sales opportunities in the company’s CRM.
Represent the company at tradeshows, user group meetings, and other marketing events.

Required

5+ years of Healthcare Software and Services Business Development and/or Sales experience
3-5+ years of developing and delivering impactful, high quality presentations to prospective customers
Demonstrable expertise in HubSpot and ZoomInfo
Demonstrable expertise in Microsoft Office products, particularly Powerpoint, Word and Excel
Familiarity with core industry standards such as HL7 and FHIR
Proficiency in Software and Tools: List specific software, platforms, or tools the candidate must be familiar with (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Tableau)
Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows, Linux, or macOS
Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana for tracking tasks and project deliverables
Ability to analyze technical problems and develop effective solutions
Active listening and clarity in conveying information
Commitment to understanding and meeting client needs. Strong service orientation
Skills in resolving disagreements and fostering positive interactions
Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Fostering positive relationships with colleagues

Ability to focus on numerous tasks and project requirements throughout an eight (8) hour workday
