Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities for marine products, including propulsion systems, batteries, switchboards, and electrical engineering solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and partners in the West Coast marine industry.
Drive growth in the Pacific Northwest and California, leveraging knowledge of state regulations and hybrid/electric vessel trends.
Operate independently from a home office while traveling frequently to customer sites, trade shows, and industry events.
Work closely with our team to shape and adapt sales strategies based on market conditions and customer feedback.

Required
Proven background in marine product sales (e.g., marine engines, propulsion systems, power conversion).
Established relationships with West Coast marine customers and stakeholders.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to travel frequently and adapt to changing schedules and demands.
Preferred
Prior experience with OEMs or dealers such as Cat, Cummins, Schottel, or similar is a plus.
Familiarity with electrical engineering solutions, hybrid systems, and naval architecture is highly desirable.
