Responsibilities
Utilize advanced parallel dialers effectively to maximize outreach efforts.
Maintain focus and energy during 1-hour calling blocks, up to 2-3 times per day when required.
Conduct thorough LinkedIn research to identify and understand prospects, leveraging triggers and personalized outreach strategies.
Engage with potential leads, initiate conversations, and nurture relationships through various communication channels.
Represent the agency and the client with professionalism, building rapport and trust with potential customers.

Required
Prior experience as a Sales Development Representative or a related sales role is a plus.
Proficiency in using advanced dialer technology and adhering to disciplined calling blocks.
Strong ability to research and leverage LinkedIn for prospecting and outreach.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly self-motivated, committed, and ready to learn and grow with our team.
