Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify, research, and prospect new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
Qualify Leads: Assess the needs and pain points of prospects to determine potential fit with Safety Plus's solutions.
Collaborate with Sales Account Executives: Partner closely with the sales team to transition qualified leads into meaningful sales opportunities.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in Salesforce.
Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively communicate Safety Plus’s value proposition.
Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance metrics, including lead volume, meetings scheduled, and conversion rates.
Customer Engagement: Build initial relationships with prospects, serving as the first point of contact and setting the stage for a positive customer journey.

Required
1–2 years of sales or lead generation experience, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment.
Comfortable using CRM platforms like Salesforce and productivity tools such as the Microsoft Suite.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive messaging.
Highly driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive alignment and achieve shared goals.
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
