Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Business Development Representative (BDR) function in Globalgig, ensuring alignment with global business development goals.
Build and oversee a small but mighty team of inbound and outbound BDRs, providing hands-on support, motivation, and mentorship to achieve monthly performance targets.
Report directly to the Vice President of Marketing, based in London, and provide regular updates on regional activities, team performance, and strategic initiatives.
Drive effective multi-step outreach campaigns and sequences tailored to regional markets, focusing on engaging key decision-makers, including institutional investors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to refine value proposition positioning and align outreach strategies with market needs.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive business development playbook, including best practices for sequences, pitches, call scripts, email templates, and qualification tactics.
Conduct regular 1:1s, call reviews, and email reviews to identify skill gaps and areas for development within the team.
Foster a positive, supportive team culture by leveraging experience in career development and mentoring team members to achieve their professional goals.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and address potential challenges.
Represent Globalgig with professionalism and integrity, contributing to strategic projects that enhance global BDR performance and collaboration.

Required
Proven Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in managing BDR or SDR teams, with a track record of achieving and exceeding performance targets.
Expertise in Outreach Strategies: Extensive knowledge of multi-step campaigns, sequences, and engagement techniques for B2B markets.
Industry Knowledge: Background in selling products or services to institutional investors, particularly in technology, data, telecoms, or managed services.
Coaching and Development Skills: Strong ability to mentor, motivate, and develop teams while promoting a supportive and results-driven environment.
Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across global teams and train team members in effective engagement techniques.
Preferred
Experience in the telecoms/technology sector or related industries, focusing on outbound prospecting and lead generation.
