Responsibilities

Conduct targeted research to understand industry trends and identify potential leads
Collaborate with marketing team members to develop targeting strategies, messaging, content, and campaigns that enhance lead generation
Execute strategic outreach outbound initiatives through a combination of cold calling, email, and social media engagement using LinkedIn account & Linkedin Sales Navigator
Evaluate and qualify leads based on their potential business impact and alignment with Hakkoda’s offerings
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads, fostering a collaborative environment that accelerates the sales cycle
Test, measure, and iterate on communication tactics and strategies to improve outreach effectiveness and adapt to changing market conditions
Ensure accurate tracking and management of lead data in our CRM system
Meet or exceed established performance metrics, delivering sales-qualified meetings on a monthly and quarterly basis
Represent Hakkoda, enhancing brand visibility and forging key relationships

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
2-3 years of professional experience in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service, preferably in the technology or data solutions industry
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Hubspot CRM software and Google suite
Experience using outreach tools and working cross-functionally to develop leads and opportunities
High level of initiative, drive, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Experience with the lead lifecycle and implementing strategies that accelerate opportunity generation
You must be legally authorized to work in the US as this role does not offer nor is it eligible for H1B visa
Applicants must reside in Denver, Colorado

Preferred

Experience with the Snowflake Data Cloud ecosystem or similar data warehousing technologies
Familiarity with the cloud infrastructure and IT services industry
Experience with enterprise sales with an average deal size of $500K+
Experience with professional services
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Experience with contact enrichment and prospecting tools
