Responsibilities

Specialized Role Focus: Be part of a first-to-market program that breaks down traditional BDR tasks into specialized roles, enabling a more focused and disciplined approach to list building, prospecting, and dialing. This structure is designed to provide deeper expertise and faster career progression.
AI-Driven Efficiency: Utilize AI technology to enhance lead generation and qualification efforts, making outreach more efficient and targeted. This market-first use of AI in the BDR process maximizes productivity and helps identify high-potential leads with greater accuracy.
Lead Qualification & Pipeline Growth: Qualify both inbound and outbound leads using AI-driven insights, ensuring a highly effective and optimized lead flow that aligns with Aviatrix’s growth strategy.
Collaboration & Development: Work closely with Sales Account Executives and other teams to ensure a smooth handoff of leads, while also gaining insights from AI analytics to refine and enhance your prospecting efforts. This program is built to accelerate your development into a sales leader.

Required

2+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role, ideally within networking, security or cloud infrastructure domains.
Passionate about Sales. Eagerness to develop into a full-cycle sales role, with a desire to engage with potential clients and drive results.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-velocity environment.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Experience with Salesloft, Navigator, Salesforce, Google and Office
