Required
Proven experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role, preferably within the financial services or technology sector.
Strong understanding of sales methodologies and pipeline management.
Self-motivated and autonomous with a track record of taking initiative.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and effectively.
Ability to thrive in a fully remote work setting, maintaining high productivity and collaboration.
