Responsibilities
Experience in managed transportation services

Sales Expertise: At least 2 years of experience in managed transportation sales or freight brokerage sales.
Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in selling managed transportation services.
Metrics and Accountability: Ability to discuss specific sales metrics, quotas, and performance, with evidence of career progression and measurable growth.
Executive Communication Skills: Experience engaging and communicating with C-level executives and decision-makers.
Handoff Skills: Must be comfortable transitioning leads to other team members for specialized solutions while maintaining strong client relationships.
Remote Work Capability: Ability to work remotely while traveling occasionally for sales meetings, training, and trade shows.

Required

Experience in Freight brokerage or selling logistics services.
Familiarity with import/export operations, particularly container shipments.
Residency east of the Rockies, with preference for candidates in states like Illinois, Indiana, Texas, Tennessee, Kentucky, or Pennsylvania.
