Responsibilities
Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Establish contact with and qualify leads that will be passed onto sales for new business opportunities
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
Present our company to potential clients
Analyze market reports to determine where to seek out new business and generate leads for the sales team
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Business Development Directors
Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
Leverage senior staff for training and guidance

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or equivalent work experience
2+ years of experience in an outbound B2B sales role. Experience working in Ad Tech, Mar Tech, or B2B SAAS is a plus.
Highly proficient with web-based document products (Google Suite or similar) and CRMs (HubSpot or similar)
Strong selling skills
Manage client expectations well and have difficult conversations when needed
Expert at building compelling proposals for clients
Strong ability to build and manage long-lasting relationships
Always being of service to the client and colleagues
Passionate about digital marketing and consumer data
Possess a confident, positive attitude, a motivated team player
Knowledgeable about the digital marketing space
Able to analyze data and provide insights
